Staff Searches

St. Michael Lutheran Church is currently fully staffed and is not looking for paid staff members.  We continue to invite unpaid servants (volunteers) to work in many important areas of the ministry.  Please contact the church office for more information.

STAFFING PHILOSOPHY: St. Michael Lutheran Church is building a ministry team to lead the congregation in fulfilling its mission and vision. Our team will function to achieve the following roles: Leadership, Discipleship, Worship, Witness, and Administration (individuals may have responsibilities in multiple roles). In building our team, we are looking for servant-leaders who are ordained or non-ordained, full-time or part-time, paid or unpaid.
