Staff

We are building a ministry team to lead the congregation in fulfilling its mission and vision.  Many people are a part of the team.  The following people are paid servant leaders.

Lead Pastor  

Pastor John A. Mohan serves the congregation as the lead pastor with major responsibilities for developing and deepening the congregation's mission and vision, building and maintaining the congregation's ministry team, and representing the congregation to the community.  Pastor Mohan began in March 2003.  He has served calls in New Castle, Delaware, Richmond, Virginia, and Arlington, Virginia.   Contact Pastor Mohan.

Pastor

Pastor Bruce M. Kelley serves the congregation as pastor with major responsibilities for contemporary worship and visitation.  Pastor Kelley began in November 2003.  He has served calls in Parkville, Maryland, and Arlington, Virginia.  Contact Pastor Kelley.

Director of Music

Mike Bareham joined us Fall, 2007 as our full-time Director of Music, leading worship at our Chapel, Traditional and Contemporary services.  He also leads our many choirs.  Contact Mike Bareham.

Family & Youth Ministry Team Leader

Terri A. Evers serves the congregation in this role with responsibilities for coordinating  Sunday School and our youth groups [the "FLYP"s (Fellowship of Lutheran Young People), which are Faith Followers (grades K-2), El. FLYP (grades 3-5), and Sr. FLYP (grades 9-12)] and The God Squad, the congregation's three-year long middle school youth ministry, which includes the Confirmation program. Contact Terri Evers.

Office Manager

Barbara A. SanBoeuf serves the congregation as office manager with responsibilities for finance, communication and pastoral support.  Contact Barbara SanBoeuf.

Communications Assistant

Barbara L. Harant serves the congregation as communications assistant with responsibilities for producing the weekly worship bulletin, the monthly newsletter and our web site.  Contact Barbara Harant.

Custodian

Joanne Myers serves the congregation as our custodian with responsibilities for facility maintenance and ministry support.  Contact Joanne Myers.
